Accustic Arts PLAYER III
The ACCUSTIC ARTS® PLAYER III is the newest star in the company’s prestigious Top Series — a premium CD player and high-quality digital-to-analogue converter in one meticulously crafted component. Combining state-of-the-art 32-bit/384 kHz upsampling technology with full DSD compatibility, it delivers exceptional musical precision and natural sound reproduction.
Versatile Performance
More than just a world-class CD player, the PLAYER III functions as an external DAC, offering both coaxial and asynchronous USB inputs for high-resolution digital audio. This allows direct connection from a computer, Mac, or other digital source, with support for formats up to DSD512.
Precision Engineering
At its heart lies a high-end traction-feed drive, designed exclusively for audio applications. The resonance-optimised aluminium CD tray glides smoothly along dual metal guides, ensuring quiet, reliable operation and minimal mechanical vibration.
The advanced DAC section employs 32-bit/384 kHz upsampling to achieve remarkable detail retrieval, tonal accuracy, and spatial realism. Separate, generously sized power supplies — including two premium 25 VA toroidal transformers made in Germany — ensure an exceptionally stable and noise-free signal path.
Build & Design
Encased in a resonance-minimised metal housing, the PLAYER III embodies the craftsmanship and aesthetic purity that define ACCUSTIC ARTS®. The front panel is finely brushed aluminium, complemented by a solid chrome-plated brass tray cover and a chrome medallion accent.
Balanced outputs provide ideal synergy with the POWER II or POWER III amplifiers, creating a perfectly matched high-end system both visually and sonically.
