The concept Signature succeeds its enormously successful predecessor concept from 2020. Despite numerous improvements and developments, the core idea remains: a turntable that delivers performance and design far beyond its price range.
 
Solid yet elegant
The chassis is manufactured either from medium-density fibreboard or birch multiplex. The surface of the turntable consists of specially satin-finished plastic. This composition minimises resonances and ensures a high-quality appearance.
The platter is driven by a ground flat belt from a completely decoupled DC motor to minimise the transmission of interference noise. The newly designed surface with illuminated touch control allows intuitive operation of the turntable and sets elegant design accents.
 
Tacho-Speed-Control
The completely newly developed Tacho-Speed-Control – TSC for short – constantly monitors the rotation speed and provides real-time feedback to the control electronics. This allows it to react immediately to changes, such as decreasing belt tension, friction in the platter bearing or temperature fluctuations. For consistently perfect results, the TSC system performs automatic calibration. Alternatively, calibration can be triggered manually by pressing a button on the rear of the turntable.
 
Full modularity
The wide range of clearaudio tonearms and cartridges leaves nothing to be desired in terms of modularity. Perfect combinations for the concept Signature turntable are all MM cartridges, all MC cartridges from concept mc to Talisman V2 Gold, as well as all tonearms from concept to Profiler. Also recommended are the concept clamp, a specially designed acrylic dust cover, as well as nano phono V2 / smart phono V2 phono preamplifier or one of the two upgrade power supplies Professional Power 12V or smart power 12V.
