This high-fidelity audio cable features HiDiamond’s latest-generation UP-4VRC© technology, a refinement of the established 4VRC© process. The conductors are made from Ultra Pure Single Crystal Copper (UP-SCC 4VRC), offering even lower inductance, capacitance, and resistance values compared to the Bronze 4VRC© (SCC 4VRC) series. This upgrade results in superior signal purity and transmission accuracy — ideal for systems where microdetail and tonal coherence are paramount.
The cable is insulated with XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene), which HiDiamond states offers 100 times the dielectric performance of conventional Teflon. This material minimizes transient distortion and narrows the electrical barrier around the musical signal, leading to greater linearity, lower amplitude distortion, and enhanced naturalness in audio reproduction.
The design includes custom Rhodium-plated connectors, chosen for their excellent conductivity, mechanical strength, and resistance to corrosion, ensuring long-term signal integrity and minimal contact degradation.
