The Roma 69DC is a full feature DAC, designed to complement the Synthesis ROMA series, but well specified and designed enough to be at home in any premium listening environment. With its tube output stage it has a sweetness and musicality that other DACs may often struggle to achieve.
 
The Roma 69DC is built around a Asahi Kasei AK4495S DAC chip and features a dual-mono tube output, with a single ECC88 valve per-channel. This compination achieves a very low output impedance and an extremely large bandwidth. There is also an additional headphone output for personal listening. Here there is a dedicated high-fidelity driver for an incredibly natural sound performance that perfectly mirrors that achieved on the standard fixed outputs that connect to an amplifier.
 
The Roma 69DC is designed to become your digital hub, with two optical, two coaxial and a USB Type B (for PCM and DSD playback) input, all capable of handling high resolution digital data streams.
 
To back up this impressive technical ability, the Roma 69DC has an oversized shielded power transformer to reduce interference and noise, giving you a clean and clear sound for the best possible listening experience. An array high grade metalized polypropylene capacitors are also used to control the audio signal circuits. Everything in this unit are then run by a multi-stage fully regulated power supply to make this fabulous unit as reliable and consistent as possible.
