Philosophy: French-designed and French-built, concentrating Atoll’s know-how into a fully balanced, dual-mono preamp aimed at the demanding listener. The Evolution series is a ground-up rework of the power supply and internal structure.
Performance: Detailed, spacious and precise, with the channel separation and low-level resolution that a true dual-mono layout brings. An ideal partner for Atoll power amplifiers, but at home in any balanced system.
Technology: Fully symmetrical, integral dual-mono structure with two independent symmetrical stages per channel and a dedicated stereo attenuator (switched resistors) per channel. Audio stages use bipolar transistors biased in Class A with a very low feedback rate. Multi-transformer power supply, shielded MKP coupling capacitors, XLR and line inputs with XLR and line outputs, an OLED display and renameable inputs. Optional DAC and phono boards can be fitted.
